  1. I would like to seek your advice with regard to notice of demand which was received last month. However, i have no knowledge with the demand. What should i do? Should I reply the letter or contact the lawyer or the claimant?

  2. what you do is to contact the sender of the demand, and find out what is actually going on?? if you think that you have nothing to do with it or that the demand has been wrongly sent to you. you may:-

ask the sender to apologize or sue him for defamation (if all element satisfy, of course)
