Our firm are planning to setup a new legal creative industry department. We need a lawyer which is interested to join us to lead this department:

Job Scope

1. Preparing Contract between film productions house with the related agencies

2. Preparing Contract between all the crew, artist and other related parties

3. Intellectual property agreement

4. Legal advisory for the film production house

5. Preparing document with local and international production house

6. Others legal creative industry matters

The lawyers must:

1. Able to work around Klang Valley

2. Able to work in the flexible working time

3. Preferable lawyers who have 3-4 year experience in the related field.

4. Good leadership skills to leads its own department

5. Willing to travel local and overseas

6. Have a good personality to deal with the industry

7. Have a own transport

8. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Malay

9. Preferred Muslim

Salam, This is another email I received relating an issue of Temporary Occupation of Land (License to Occupy): "senario :- aruah ayah saya ada mendapat tanah T.O.L yang telah diusahakan selama bertahun untuk bercucuk tanam. Setelah pemergian aruah ayah, adik saya mengusahakan tanah ini, tetapi atas tuntutan kerja dia kena bkursus di Tampin dan tanah ini telah terbiar dalam beberapa bulan.
