    My wife is having an affair behind my back and I confronted her but she denies everything or brushed aside without acknowledging my questions. So can I file a petition under adultery and what will happen to my asset under my name?

Salam, This is another email I received relating an issue of Temporary Occupation of Land (License to Occupy): "senario :- aruah ayah saya ada mendapat tanah T.O.L yang telah diusahakan selama bertahun untuk bercucuk tanam.
