Starting 1 August 2012, all Magistrate Courts, Sessions Courts and High Courts will be using single Court Rules replacing Subordinate Courts Rules and High Court Rules. This combine Court Rules is more simple and to unify standard procedure of both courts. Divorce through breakdown of marriage. Desertion means wilful absenting of the husband from the society of his wife in spite of her wishes. It consists of the unjustified withdrawal from cohabitation by one spouse without the consent of the other with the intention of remaining separated permanently.
