Legal in Malaysia: Email Question: Civil Procedure in Court

I got this email asking about litigation procedure in court, my answer would in between the question in red (to save my time)… sorry. Here I have just a few direct questions: I attended my 1st mention due to a summon on my personal debt to a bank. I noticed my loan number is wrong (one digit incorrect) - so I told the magistrate that I can't admit because the number is faulty. The court then set the 2nd mention and when I attended again, the amendment was not done because it was overlooked. The bank lawyer then applied for amendment to be fixed on 31st Dec 2008. The question here - is it correct for the amendment to be made first before my 3rd mention is fixed? Actually, the 31st Dec 2008 - as far as I know is fixed for the bank lawyer to apply for amendment - am I correct? If I am not wrong, the lawyer told me that after the amendm...

Bagaimanakah cara untuk failkan tuntutan nafkah tertunggak di mahkamah? Kena isi semula borang seperti tuntutan perceraian ke? Kena fail di mahkamah rendah atau mahkamah tinggi? kalau jumlah tuntutan hanyalah jumlah yang kecil, layak ke tuntut? 2. Kalau dalam keputusan perceraian tidak dinyatakan tentang nafkah edah dan mutaah, (hakim tidak menyebut tentang nafkah ketika buat keputusan) adakah bekas suami tidak perlu membayar nafkah tersebut kepada bekas isteri? Kalau bekas isteri nak failkan tuntutan, adakah dia layak? 3. Kadar bayaran untuk khidmat peguam syariah, anggarannya berapa untuk kes tuntutan nafkah? Adakah lebih mudah untuk menggunakan peguam daripada buat tuntutan sendiri? Dear Sir, I'm (deleted) and I'm writing to you on behalf of my friend. I did write to you on the 17th of November 2008 but I did not get any reply from your side sir, I really need your opinion on this matter. My friend is 28 years old and he got married in 2nd December 2006 at the age of 26 and after few months the couple separated as they didn't want to live together as they could not get along.
